Hockings Green is a luxury, spacious 2 bedroom / bathroom barn located just off the A38 in a tranquil rural hamlet, close to Looe, Seaton, Polperro, Talland Bay, Bodmin Moor, Plymouth and The Eden Project. It is in an ideal location for exploring all of Cornwall and West Devon. Converted from a derelict cowshed in 2017; set in a large, beautifully landscaped courtyard alongside our other 2 holiday cottages, Pascoe Pippins and Gilliflower - all named after Cornish cider apples

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age

Self contained annexe to an 1842 built grade II listed Toll House and conveniently situated on the outskirts of the old market town of Liskeard. The location is a great base whether away on business or for those looking to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. The annexe itself is comfortable and well equipped, including a double bed, dining area, TV, kitchen and generously sized shower room along with free parking.
