A cosy industrial-inspired cottage on the edge of the Lake District National Park, nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley. Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

An ideal base for walking, cycling, fishing, motorcycling, eating out, sailing, kayaking and for taking time to explore the county on day trips.

Located next to the owners’ home, but still maintaining solitude and privacy, the cottage is surrounded by open fields and is a haven for wildlife.

Perfect for walking, cycling or enjoying the picturesque local scenery. Close enough to the Lake District and Pennines for day trips or simply enjoy the attractions right on the doorstep such as Long Meg's Stone Circle, Kirkoswald Castle and Lacy's Caves. WINDY HALL - Secluded luxury with stunning views

Windy Hall is somewhere very special. High in the Pennines it offers one of the most magnificent views in England. You may want to stay and enjoy the peace & quiet, but we are ideally placed for trips west to the Lake District, east to the magnificent cathedral city of Durham, and north to Hadrian's Wall. It's unusual in that you have to walk the last 240 metres to the house, though we will bring up your luggage in our 4WD. But don't let this put you off; please just read our reviews!

Melmerby village is home to the welcoming Shepherd’s Inn pub and the award-winning Village Bakery. For everyday essentials, the local shop in Langwathby is nearby, and the towns of Penrith and Alston are just a short drive away.

The Bothy is a small snug barn conversion adjoining our home close to Ullswater The living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan and has green electric heating and a wood burning stove in a sandstone inglenook, a wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with ensuite facilities. This contemporary luxury cottage sits in 10 acres of private gardens, woodlands, lake and tennis court. With views to the gardens, the lake and the Pennine fells this peaceful retreat is perfect for relaxing, wildlife watching, star gazing and walking. The local Inn serves great food and historic Penrith with restaurants and shopping is a short drive away. A truly special location with the Lake District nearby. Beautiful Lake District Cottage

Gibson Cottage is a charming 18th century one bedroom holiday cottage, ideal for a romantic break, and perfectly situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Easy to reach whether you are travelling North or South, Gibson Cottage is located just two miles from J40 on the M6 and the market town of Penrith, which is serviced by a main line train station. The Cottage is set off the beaten track where you will have the chance to enjoy some peace and quiet and relax!

The Mill, Rutter Falls,

Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The deep pool below the falls is ideal for cold-water swimming. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or watching abundant birds and wildlife, for honeymoons, anniversaries or engagements! You won't find accommodation closer to rushing water than this! No under 12s. Check in Fridays and Mondays only.

Rose Lea is a fully renovated 18th Century Cottage. The cottage is an idyllic escape nestled in the Eden Valley, the perfect base for exploring the Lake District or the Pennines. Temple Sowerby is a peaceful little village with sandstone buildings clustered around a beautiful village green, ringed by tall trees.
