It is located on a quiet street - five minutes' walk from the cafés, galleries, independent and vintage shops of Frome in one direction, and wonderful walks into the surrounding villages and Somerset countryside in the other.

This leaves the whole of the top floor as a light, airy bedroom with a kingsize bed. Huge Velux windows frame the view over the hill and field behind. Parking outside for 1 car (more if needed). The Grange at Whatley

This delightful rural property sits in its own grounds of 16 acres, three miles from Frome. The rooms are light and spacious with en-suite bathrooms, a wood burning fire in the sitting room, with a unique kitchen that was once home to a cookery school. The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Country retreat. A lovely, detached two-bedroom guest house situated in one of England’s prettiest "hidden gem" villages. With stunning walks on your doorstep and many unique places within a short drive, this is a beautiful place to retreat from urban life for a few days or weeks. There is no outdoor space with the property but there is a large children’s park one-minute walk over the road. Fantastic mountain bike track five minutes walk away past the castle. Great village Pub.

We are situated on the outskirts of the thriving and popular independent market town of Frome, near Orchardleigh. Please note we have reduced week day prices during the Summer (June to end of August) because, whilst we do not think it will effect visitors, building work is scheduled in the neighbouring property.

Lovely stone architecture, historic buildings, blissful countryside and 3 min walk from our awarding-winning village pub The Talbot Arms. Close to Bath, Wells, Glastonbury, Lacock (Potter fans) Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. Easy drive to Cotswolds, the Dorset coast, Wales and Wye Valley.
