Had a great stay for 5 nights with our toddlers. Perfect location lots of food around within walking distance.

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

We always love staying at this beautiful cottage. Great communication.. lovely area and walking distance to many restaurants and great cafes. The cottage is spacious and well set up, we love the backyard and the afternoon sun always warms the sitting area. The kitchen has everything you need and all the basic things you need Ike tea/coffee etc We always return here with the kids, it feels like a home away from home. Thank you again!

Annes place is in a wonderful location, lovely and well equipped kitchen. Perfect place for a long weekend in Melbourne, very close to Readings Bookstore, sigh, and lots of amazing eateries and cafes. Highly recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Fiona's place for the second time. The place was immaculate and in such a good location. We even had fireworks next door on our last day. The beds are comfortable with a good selection of pillows and additional blankets. The fireplace is such a nice addition to have after a day spent outside in chilly Melbourne. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for having me again.

Quite possibly our best air bnb stay ever. And we’ve stayed at a lot. It was my first time staying in a Melbourne terrace house. It was amazing!!!! Honestly never been to a place that matched the photos so perfectly. If not better. We stayed for 6 nights so we wanted more than just a hotel room. Would stay again tomorrow if we could. So close to south Melbourne markets which you can go to for breaky, lunch and get supplies for dinner if you want. Across from the tram stop too. Kara was an amazing host too. Went above and beyond for us. The shower pressure was so wonderful too! So good worthy of a comment haha. Highly recommend. Don’t second guess your decision to book this beautiful home. We really enjoyed the location, very convenient for Lygon St restaurants and the tram. Very comfortable bed, good shower, well equipped kitchen, and tidy presentation. Katrina was very responsive, thanks for the stay (4 nights, one couple).

Wade's apartment is beautifully designed, spacious, full of character, quality furniture and fittings, extremely comfortable and welcoming. Thoughtful touches with quality kitchen and bathroom supplies, charging leads, bluetooth speakers, great wifi. Bedrooms are very generous in size, comfortable and well set up, and the separation between them gives good privacy. We loved the location, with so much of fabulous Fitzroy right on the doorstep, but peace and quiet within the apartment. Check-in was easy and Wade was very responsive and flexible. The internal steps would be challenging for some but we managed them easily and they add to the character. We highly recommend the apartment and would love to stay again.

This unit is in a super location. Close to transport- trains, trams and buses. Quirky arcades with a good variety of different cuisines at reasonable prices. Higher Ground Cafe is just around the corner for deliciously different food and sublime coffee. The unit is very clean and well laid out. Overlooks Southern Cross Station, Marvel Stadium and Docklands. Trong Giang is a great communicator and responds to all questions in a timely manner.

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

My three generational family spent a week in Julie's place for the F1 weekend. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The bedrooms were all spacious with loads of storage, the beds extremely comfortable, sheets crisp and white. A porta cot for my 4-month-old grandson was provided. The bathrooms were very clean and had all the amenities you could need, towels white and fluffy. The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed and then some. Even milk in the fridge. A spacious dining table that sat 8 plus a highchair for my 2-year-old granddaughter. The lounge area had more than enough room for the adults as well as a plentiful supply of toys for the grandies. The location was perfect, right in front of a tram stop and a few minutes' walk away from the Crown Casino and Southbank bars and restaurants. The hostess Julie was brilliant, replied to texts immediately and even accommodated our late check out at the last minute. I absolutely would go back again. The pool is great too.

That's a really good apartment to stay at, with stunning and breathtaking views. Also, there're lots of nearby restaurants and shops to visit. I really enjoyed the stay there. 😊

What a wonderful experience with a truly thoughtful host. Michelle has created a wonderful home away from home with all the right ‘feels’ and a touch of luxury, she made us feel like valued guests and we were extremely happy with the location and personality within the home .

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This apartment was in a perfect location to visit Melbourne, the tram is close and it is easy to walk to what ever else is needed. Clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you could need in a city stay, building amenities fantastic. Check in was very easy out of hours as our plane arrived late, everyone involved responded appropriately and timely, it was a very easy and nice stay. Stayed with 2a2c.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Absolutely loved our stay at Claire’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Claire was such a lovely and accommodating host that was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The Airbnb itself was incredibly cute and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout and all the amenities we could have asked for including, milk, wine, and some snacks. The location was also perfect — right next to Southern Cross Station, which made getting around the CBD a breeze. 10/10 experience, would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. If you're looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Melbourne, look no further. The apartment was spotles and comfortable with plenty of charm, just like the building itself. We enjoyed discovering its history and enjoyed the special setting. All amenities (both in the apartment and the building) were listed in advance, so we could prepare for our stay accordingly. We also loved how accessible the location was and within walking distance of so many fantastic spots and shops, alongside the tramline itself. Kate is the best host anyone could wish for, as she was very attentive from the minute our booking was confirmed. She always responded to our messages promptly and provided us with plenty of useful information and recommendations, in addition to making sure we had everything we needed and more. Couldn't recommend Kate and her charming apartment more!

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD.
