We had a lovely stay over the Easter weekend. The house had everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen, two living spaces, great games room. There was some noise from the neighbours but other than that it was a very relaxing stay.

What can I say about Fibi and her house, it was spectacular. It was clean, tidy. She was very well organised and very responsive. After last year’s terrible experience she made us very very happy. I can’t thank her enough. If we need to go to Melbourne again with my eyes closed I will be going to her place. Thank you again Fibi.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Belinda’s house. It was probably a little older than I expected but this did not detract at all as the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, sparkling and modern. The location is wonderful with a very short walk to the beach and not much further to the township of St Leonard’s. All amenities were in good order and it’s obvious that Belinda maintains and cares for her property very well. No complaints from us.

Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay at Michael’s house. Was very clean, spacious and modern with lots of heating and cooling which was really good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very accommodating host and the property was exactly as described on Fran's AirBnB listing. Spacious, comfortable and well presented home. The property has everything we needed, is very clean and has a beautiful outlook. Great location for exploring the Yarra Valley or attending a special function at the local wineries.

The location, the building and the apartment are all perfect. Host was excellent- had an issue with the air-con and he immediately brought people over to fix it. Will definitely stay here every time we visit Melbourne. Thank you Ethan!

We absolutely love staying at this air bnb. If you have young children don’t think twice! This is our second time staying with our toddler and the apartment is perfect with children- our son gets so excited and it makes it so easy for us as parents not having to lug around toys or things for him to play with. The apartment itself if gorgeous and comfortable with great shower pressure and the complex is new and beautiful. We particularly love the area- it’s a five minute walk to many of the main shopping malls and there are so many good restaurants and coffee shops. I can’t see us staying anywhere else when we go to Melbourne from now on!

What an absolute gem of an apartment! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom AND laundry! Handily located. Close to public transport but within very close walking distance to all amenities. Very peaceful vibe. Anthony was a delight to deal with. Responsive to messages and provided a list of local attractions. HIGHLY recommended.

This was our third stay in this apartment, need I say more? The location is fantastic, easy walk to laneways, galleries, shopping and transport. Close to great restaurants, bars and comedy venues during the festival. Hosts are friendly and responsive and the apartment has everything you need for a great time in Melbourne.

My partner and I recently traveled to Melbourne for a short getaway. We had the pleasure of staying at John and Jeane’s place on the 27th floor, and I can confidently say the view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was exceptionally clean, neat, and made us feel right at home. We had the opportunity to meet both John and Jeane in person. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming hosts, and very easy to communicate with. Their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was both peaceful and convenient. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing escape, and the bed was especially comfortable. The space was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, which meant we didn’t have to worry about packing too much. Overall, the place was amazing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the view was truly unforgettable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Was a perfect spot to stay right in the heart of Southbank. Everything you need within walking distance! Lots of space for four people to relax. House was clean. Would book again when in the area.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
