The Etruscan towns of Orvieto, Todi, Amelia are easily reached by car, or take the local train to Rome or Florence. A 3-minute drive away is Guardea with a supermarket, butchers, cafés, shops and an outdoor market on Sundays.

The House in the Castle

A fully-equipped house in a medieval stone hamlet perched on the Umbrian mountains and surrounded by Nature. A private garden to relax and unwind from the heat while enjoying the stunning view on the sunset, and a central point to reach the Valnerina and the hilltop towns of Spoleto, Trevi, Montefalco and Assisi as well as Rasiglia and the new Tibetan bridge at Sellano. L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
