Kuća je odvojena, ograđena zidovima i ima sunčano dvorište s osvijetljenim bazenom Nalazi se u Ližnjanu, malom primorskom mjestu u jugoistočnoj Istri i blizu je mjesne plaže Vaša terasa će biti mjesto gdje ćete slobodno umiriti i opustiti se, organizirati roštilj koristeći vanjski kamin, zabaviti se uz bazen ili se ohladiti u njemu na toplom ljetnom danu

Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.
