Op loopafstand van ijselmeer en stadscentrum. Incl gebruik 2 kano’s en motorboot. Nieuwe (unieke) eetkeuken en mooie frisse badkamer. Tweepersoons boxspring en een comfortabele bedbank. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Renovated old farmhouse near the IJsselmeer

Geniet van rust, ruimte en gezelligheid in deze authentieke stolpboerderij. Onze boerderij is gebouwd in 1904 naar West-Fries model, en heeft naast boerderij gediend als garniturenwinkel. Toen wij de boerderij kochten was hij 116 jaar oud, en had het nodige achterstallige onderhoud. Stukje bij beetje renoveren we het huis, zo heeft het nu weer goed functionerende verwarming! De opbrengst van Airbnb stoppen we weer in het huis, zo zijn we nu aan het sparen voor het renoveren van het dak.

Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Geheel op jezelf. Aan de achterkant een ruime tuinkamer met open haard en daarnaast een eigen tuin. De tuinkamer kun je verwarmen met de openhaard . In de winter kan het te koud zijn om er te zitten alleen met de openhaard. Badkamer heeft een 2-persoons bad en een dubbele douche. In de badkamer is ook een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Heerlijk appartement om geheel op jezelf te verblijven en te genieten van de rust!

This modern furnished holiday home is located in Opperdoes near the IJsselmeer lake. There is free Wi-Fi and parking at the house. Sheets and towels are included. The centre of Medemblik is only 2 kilometers away. Amsterdam and Callantsoog (North Sea beach) are a 40 minutes drive. Also Texel is nice to visit. This property is located on a site that is partly privately rented (and partly offered through Dormio Resort).
