L'Host garantisce la possibilitร di effettuare check-in a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.
Normalmente l'appartamento รจ disponibile per effettuare il check-in da mezzogiorno (12,00 pm).
L'eventuale disponibilitร dell'appartamento prima di mezzogiorno verrร debitamente comunicata dall'Host almeno il giorno prima.
In ogni caso, agli Ospiti รจ sempre concesso di lasciare le proprie valigie ed i propri effetti personali nell'appartamento (o in luogo sicuro) anche prima dell'orario pattuito per il check in (nonchรฉ dopo l'orario del check out, come meglio specificato di seguito), a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte.
Normalmente gli Ospiti concordano con l'Host, prima del proprio arrivo, il relativo orario approssimativo.
1) Check-in di mattina
Al loro arrivo in Via San Carpoforo n. 4, gli Ospiti possono chiedere al portiere del palazzo accanto (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), il cui nome รจ Shiran, di chiamare la domestica (Emi) che รจ sempre disponibile a casa.
Il portinaio Shiran รจ sempre in loco dal lunedรฌ al venerdรฌ, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00.
Gli Ospiti possono altresรฌ pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'รจ sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli.
L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilitร nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo.
2) Check-in in orari diversi
Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarร opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo.
L'Host in ogni caso รจ sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131).
IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI.
CHECK-OUT
Normalmente l'appartamento deve essere liberato, il giorno del check-out, non dopo le 11,00 - mezzogiorno (12,00 pm).
Sarร cura ed onere dell'Host comunicare tempestivamente agli Ospiti la possibilitร di effettuare il check-out anche piรน tardi, laddove richiesto, compatibilmente al calendario ed alle esigenze della Proprietร .
Il check-out puรฒ essere effettuato dagli ospiti in completa indipendenza, senza alcun bisogno di attendere l'Host, seguendo le seguenti struzioni:
alla ,loro partenza, gli Ospiti possono lasciare le chiavi di casa sul tavolo da pranzo, tirandosi dietro la porta e avvisando tempestivamente l'Host. Questo รจ quanto!
L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento.
Agli Ospiti รจ sempre concessa la possibilitร di lasciare, laddove richiesto, le proprie valigie ed i propri effetti personali, anche dopo il check-out, in un luogo sicuro fintanto che ne abbiano bisogno.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATIONS
CHECK-IN
Flexibility as the main rule: Host guarantees its availability for check-in at any time of day or night without any additional fees.
Normally the apartment is available for check-in from noon (12,00 pm).
The apartmentโs availability before midday is promptly communicated by Host.
In any case, Guests are always guaranteed to leave their luggages and personal belongings in the apartment (or in a safe place) even before check-in time (and after check-out time, as better specified below), at any time of day or night.
Guests normally communicate and agree with the Host an approximate time of arrival.
1) Morning check-in
At their arrival to via San Carpoforo n.4, Guests can ask the building's next doorkeeper (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), whose name is Shiran, to call Host or Housekeeper that are always available at home.
The porter Shiran is always there from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 01,00pm.
Guests can also push the n.7 button of intercom: thereโs always someone at home waiting for them.
Host lives in the same building and he ensures his constant availability to receive Guests.
2) Any time check in
In the event that Guests arrive at home at any time of the day or night, it is always a good idea to notify Host in advance and agree with him an approximate time.
In any case, Guests can contact Host at any time by airbnb or on his personal telephone (+39 339 31 99 131).
One assurance: the day of their arrival, Guests will always find someone waiting for them
CHECK-OUT
Normally the apartment should be vacated, the day of check-out, not later than 11 am โ 12pm. It will be care of the Host to promptly communicate the availability to check out after that time, compatibly with the needs of the Property.
Check out can be made by guests by their own in complete independence, just following the follow instructions:
At their departure, Guests are allowed to leave the apartment keys on the dining table, simply closing behind the door and promptly alerting Host. Thatโs it!
Host is always available to help Guests with their luggages and bags.
Guests are always allowed to leave their suitcases and personal belongings, if required, even after check-out in a safe place as long as they need it.
