Our farm stay offers 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom full kitchen, lounge/dining, outdoor fireplace/pizza oven. Plenty of room for the family!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this modern self contained perfectly located home base. From the coffee shop next door and everything Leamington village has to offer within 200m. Tucked into our established back garden of fruit trees, you can enjoy a quiet private hideaway with easy entrance and off-street parking. Perfect for singles/couples wanting to explore our beautiful Cambridge, or a one night trip stop-off. We are a 20-25 min walk (5-10 min drive) to Cambridge township amenities incl walking paths, Lake Te Ko Utu Domain/shops, and wonderful cafes/restaurants. The velodrome and Te Awa River Ride are a short drive away. Cambridge is the jewel of the Waikato!

The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Wabi Sabi Cottage

This peaceful location is a 2 min to Waikato River trails. We are on the reserve so you get a beautiful view of the domain to Maungatautari Mountain. Relax in the bath tub after a day on the trails or visiting the many nearby attractions. The Rhubarb Cafe is a few minutes walk. Arapuni Suspension Bridge is in front of the property, you can hear the river from the deck. Jones Landing, Lake Karapiro, Lake Arapuni, Maungatautari Mountain, and Blue Springs are all a short drive.

Gran's House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The beautiful rural views of Mt Pirongia and Mt Kakepuku will make your stay a memorable one. Centrally located in the Waikato area, Gran's House is an easy driving distance to many tourist spots and locations including Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, Cambridge, Hamilton. Relax at a unique and tranquil getaway, cosy, romantic and immersed in nature. An open plan studio nestled next to a gentle stream on the native forested foothills of Whale bay, Raglan. An easy 6 min walk to the surf at Whale bay, Indicators or Outside Indicators a few mins drive to Manu bay or Ngarunui beach. Warm and cosy with a beautiful open fire, modern insulation & large double glazed sliding doors. The heat pump heats the studio within 15mins.

Jimmy's Retreat

A quiet getaway in the country NO CLEANING FEE Centrally located to many attractions. 10 minutes from Hobbiton, 5 minutes from Lake Karapiro, 15 minutes from Cambridge, 25 minutes to Mystery Creek. Taupo, Rotorua, and both coasts all an easy day trip. We include tea, coffee and milk along with homemade muffins, but don't supply breakfast. The nearest cafe is Shires rest at Hobbiton movie set or there are many in Cambridge and Matamata

Sunshine Acres - Lake Ohakuri

A private retreat to relax with the whole family or have a romantic weekend away. Enjoy the wood fired bath and sunsets over the lake. Room for the kids with 10 acres to explore. A BBQ is available for outdoor cooking as well as a firepit with grilling. Lake access just minutes away you can bring the boat and spend the days on the water.
