This wonderful apartment (CIR: 018072-CNI-00001) not shared and located in a quiet area, 300 meters from Pavia Certosa Train Station and 2 km from the "Certosa" Monastery (10 min walk through the rice fields). It is 10 km from Pavia (10 min. by car or 5 by train) and 29 km from Milan (to underline the convenience of taking the FS train every 30 minutes, only 100 meters from the house), 24 km from Milan Linate Airport, nearest airport. The apartment is a real jewel with every comfort.

La villa è immersa nella campagna lombarda ed è completamente rifinita in legno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini), grandi gruppi ed amanti della natura e dei cavalli. Possibilità di campi da tennis, voli in mongolfiera e scuola di pilotaggio droni nelle vicinanze.

Cascinetta a pochi passi dal centro, con parcheggi gratuiti fuori dalla proprietà. Piano terra: giardino, portico, cucina attrezzata con ampissimo soggiorno/salotto/zona lavoro,bagno di servizio. Primo piano: pensatoio, 1 camera matrimoniale e un grande bagno con vasca jacuzzi e doccia doppia + 1 camera matrimoniale, entrambe con pale a soffitto. Pavimento in parquet e pietra, arredo molto curato con elementi a contrasto tra il vintage e le opere moderne delle artiste proprietarie.

Il nostro bed and breakfast è composto da due camere matrimoniali, a cui si accede da un suggestivo corridoio, e un bilocale con accesso indipendente dal giardino. La casa è a disposizione, con anche portico e giardino, ma non l'uso della cucina principale
