This brick farmhouse is part of our 18-acre farm located in Maryville, TN at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Close attractions are the Cherohala Pkwy, Foothills Pkwy, the Dragon, #1 ranked Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson, Dollywood/Sevierville/Gatlinburg & many more. Newly furnished w/master bedroom w/king bed, guest bedroom w/privacy curtain and upstairs with two 80” single beds. Home has farm character in a beautiful country setting. Covered parking for approx 3-4 motorcycles.

The Carriage House - The Mountains are calling

This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

Come and relax in our hot tub ♨️ after your long flight or road trip. 📍This is a quiet, safe area and one of the best in the region, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Springbrook Park. *We do charge a $15 per night pet fee. This is on individual bases.

Bring your fishing rods and kayaks! You will want to extend your stay at this Little River oasis. We built this guesthouse just for visiting guests to enjoy. It has been professionally decorated with handpicked items including some nice vintage and antique finds. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the huge deck overlooking the river. This home is close to everything including the Knoxville airport, the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
