It is 15 min to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 min to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip. Our cottage is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.The cottage is completely renovated , all new appliances, and mattresses. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

Our cottage is located 1.2 mi from Ish Creek boat ramp. We are just up the road if you need anything. You are welcome to call or text. Our cottage is very close to 3 different public water areas. The first is just over a mile. Very relaxing area. Access to bedroom #3 may be restricted per # of guests.
