We are a short 20-minute drive to downtown and easy access to both I35 and Mopac so getting anywhere is just a short drive. We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
