This cabin is on a wooded 40 acres and just a couple miles from Turkey Run State Park. The hollers, hills and trails roll down from the cabin to Sugar Creek. It’s very common to see deer and wild turkey in the yard or just in the woods. Explore the 40 acres or take a quick trip to TRSP for some incredible trails (Park Pass included). Captain Bill’s Lake House with Heated Pool

Captain Bill’s Lake House. This majestic A-frame is at the entrance to the Cataract Lake boat ramp. The house will accommodate up to 7 guests, with three bedrooms and two full baths. All guests have full access to Captain Bill’s shared heated pool and surrounding gardens. Boat parking is provided on the property, inquire for details. Heated pool is seasonal beginning Mid May through September.
