Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

We are tucked away in a quiet, pretty location just off the village green in Bainbridge. We offer a spacious, modern one bedroom annex with private entrance & parking. The property has been recently renovated to an exceptional standard, offering modern accommodation. The annex is split over two floors, a large en suite bedroom on the ground floor with a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sitting room. There are tea & coffee making facilities, no breakfast, a tearoom just down the road.

The hut has king size bed, table and chairs, kitchen area, log burner and outside patio table and chairs, firepit, garden. The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Croft Farm Shepherd's Hut, Hardraw, Pennine Way

Spend a night in Hardraw, in the Yorkshire Dales. This wonderfully crafted shepherds hut is located on a working farm, with sheep, cattle, hens and pigs. Also, home to the local working sheepdog demonstration team. Located in a small village on the Pennine Way; the renowned Hardraw force, England's highest waterfall is a 5 minute stroll. The Green Dragon Inn is less than 5 minutes walk. The small market town of Hawes is a 20 minute walk, with plenty of shops and pubs.
