The ground floor accommodation is extremely stylishly appointed with a large, open-plan living/dining room which features Jacobean-style painted wall panelling as a stunning backdrop. Stone mullion windows, beamed ceilings, oak floors and doors lend a sense of rustic charm to the fabric of the building and yet there is every modern amenity. There is access to wooded and landscaped gardens with long-reaching views of the surrounding countryside and a private area to sit and enjoy the location.

Upper Intake Cottage is a beautifully appointed stone built cottage surrounded by tranquil countryside. The perfect location for a peaceful retreat with private enclosed patio area offering stunning views. Ideal for walking, cycling and taking in the breath-taking scenery of the local landscape. A short stroll to the village of Hepworth and the delightful Butchers Arms pub. On the outskirts of the bustling market town of Holmfirth which has a wide variety of shops, cafes, bars and eateries.

Weaver’s Den, a cosy countryside retreat

Weaver’s Den has a combined kitchen and living area leading out to an enclosed and private dog friendly garden. You will have a king sized bed, linens, towels, a shower room, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, WI-FI, sofa, dining table and chairs, as well as outdoor furniture. We also provide you with breakfast items such as tea, coffee, bread, milk, eggs and condiments. There are also a few surprises! We also supply two dog bowls. The Den isn’t suitable for infants or children.

Old Piggery beautiful views. Dog friendly garden.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!

A stone cottage dating from 1751 with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, spacious lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen and private driveway. Quiet rural area, literally in the middle of a field, and sometimes surrounded by sheep! Great for walking. Wheelchair/disability friendly, dog friendly. Unfortunately, the property is NOT suitable for infants and children.
