This house sits on a quiet 3000 square meters corner sight, with extensive views of Lake Taupo. Hidden from the road, and out of view from the neighbours, it is the perfect retreat and base for your next Taupo adventure. Sunsets are Spectacular, and best viewed from the undercover outside terrace, or while sitting in the Alpine Spa. On a colder evening inside next to the fire.

Close to bike trails, walking tracks and golf courses, with parking for a trailer (please discuss with us before arrival) Unfortunately at this time we don't accept children or infants. Beautifully presented and positioned for all-day sun, this is a great base for your next Taupo escape. Walk/bike to town and the lake, or drive in just 2 minutes. The home is warm and comfortable with a large boat shed to store your toys. There are 2 kayaks and 2 retro cruiser bikes for you to use. The kitchen and bathroom are modern with new flooring throughout. The property is fully fenced and close to several playgrounds and takeaway shops. The outdoor bath is utter bliss all year round.

Just metres from the lake edge & less than 3km from the town centre, this sunny iconic renovated 1970's apt is the perfect place for a bit of R&R, or make the most of all the outdoor adventure that Taupo has to offer then come home & relax in the private thermal plunge pool. A swim in the lake is just a skip across the road. Soak up the afternoon sun whilst taking in the amazing 180 degree views of the lake & mountains from the comfort of the living room or the private courtyard and balcony.

A cosy, two bedroom, centrally heated unit. Enjoy the large geothermal hot pool after a long day. A full size pool table, smart tv, wifi. A small kitchenette for light meals and snacks, plus a we private cottage garden to enjoy native birds and trees. Taupo is 50 minutes drive from our home. We are in easy reach of some of NZ's' most stunning hikes. An Easy 40 minutes to Whakapapa ski field and Tongariro Crossing, local river walks, supermarket and eateries 10 mins. Ski season is all go.

Your own private spa awaits you on the deck & is serviced daily. With a Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite & log fire, it has everything you need for a fantastic stay. The mezzanine floor, accessed by a steep staircase, has a sofa, 42" TV , Freeview, DVD, WIFI. An extra 32" TV with Chrome-cast is downstairs.
