Newly built Villa (6+2 pearson) in Podstrana/Split, with swimming pool, fully equipped,air conditioned,BBQ, with great, patio-garden, perfect for families with children, with trampoline and swing for children. 120 meters from the beach-easy walk. In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

My Traditional Croatian Villa 190 m away from the sea is in residential, very quiet area of Split and can accommodate up to 10 people. Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

Brand new modern seaview apartment

This spacious one bedroom apartment is a part of a new villa, 100 m away from the beach. Apartment has one bedroom with king size bed, large shower, additional small toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room. Every room is air conditioned and has a wifi access. Terrace has a sea view and a pool view. Additional parts of the villa are the pool, indoor and outdoor garage, gym and elevator. Our guests have a private lounge with umbrella's and sunbeds on the beach.
