Triple Nickel Getaway

Triple Nickel Getaway is a country setting approximately halfway between Athens and Marietta along beautiful state route 555 in Washington County. It is part of a metal pole barn This is a perfect place to relax for a few days and spend some. time fishing in a private, stocked pond (catch and release) while enjoying the woods frequented by wildlife. We're located in Harmar, just over the bridge from the vibrant historic district of downtown Marietta. The property was originally constructed in 1937 and was home to a number of businesses over the years. After we acquired the property at the beginning of 2023, we spent about 11 months renovating the space. You will now find four beautiful apartments in the building.

Parkview House on the River

Parkview House is the premier Airbnb destination nestled in downtown Marietta with a view of Muskingum Park and Muskingum River from the porch. Located within easy walking distance of desired shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museums and more! This spacious, historic home was built over 100 years ago, with incredible details throughout. The quiet neighborhood has a large city park with riverside bike/walking trail just steps from the front door.

Our "Cozy Corner" is a 1.5 story fully furnished home in a charming little neighborhood in Marietta, OH offering 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Hardwood floors and built-ins throughout are just a couple of the charming details you'll find here. Fully stocked kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, and Keurig coffee pot. Covered front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and large private, shaded yard.

Cole Coffman Garden

Great and quiet home in beautiful Marietta, within a 10-minute drive to the historical downtown of Marietta. Great for family vacations and visitors, we have everything ready, just enjoy your time in Marietta. In a 5-minute drive, you can get to Lookout Point, where you can have an amazing panoramic view of Marietta, Lookout Park has a basketball and tennis court, and also a playground for kids. All bedrooms are with queen-sized beds.

Secluded on 28 acres of woods, yet less than 15 minutes to Marietta, this small modern house has floor to ceiling windows that show off its beautiful setting. The house is updated throughout, with granite countertops in kitchen and bath and luxury plank flooring. Décor is a comfortable, eclectic mix of new items (both the queen bed and queen sleeper sofa with custom topper are brand new) and found treasures.
