However the location just off the main street still provides privacy given such convenience. Perfectly situated just two miles from the beautiful historic Chester city centre. Take a short car ride or just half an hours walk. Chester Zoo is just five minutes drive away. There are many lovely country walks and of course some fabulous country pubs. The trendy suburb of Hoole is only 15 minutes walk. Here you will find bars restaurants and shops.

A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.

A great location for people who want to explore Chester and the surrounding area. We are 4 miles from Chester. Less than 4 miles from Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks. if we are available we are happy to help look after your pets and give you lifts into Chester etc. Fully equipped cabin including bedding and towels. The cabin is situated in the grounds of our property so it is better suited to people who like to explore the local area and the Cheshire countryside.

Located beneath Bickerton Hill, Hope Cottage is set in a small rural village. The cottage is NOT suitable for children.
