Klein aber fein

Kleine Einzimmerwohnung im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Mit Kochecke, kleinem Balkon und Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Ideal für Gäste die auf der Durchreise sind, Wanderer und Skifahrer die sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind, sich am Abend noch eine Kleinigkeit kochen wollen und den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen wollen. Man kann sich in der Küche ein leckeres Essen zu bereiten, jedoch kein Dreigänge Menü, da sie nur über zwei Kochplatten verfügt und kein Backofen, jedoch eine Mikrowelle vorhanden ist. Will man viel Platz ist unser Zimmer sicher das falsche.

Du erreichst Roppen auch mit dem Zug von Innsbruck oder Imst kommend

Am Eingang des Ötztales sind wir mit Bahn bzw. Bus (zu Fuß ca.12 bzw. 3 min) und PKW (P beim Haus) bestens erreichbar. Innsbruck und sämtliche Freizeitangebote dieser Region sind hervorragend angebunden. Bauernladen und Bäcker sind um´s Eck 5 min Fußweg zu BILLA, Post, Apotheke und Fleischer im Dorf.

Situated only a few kilometres from AREA 47, it is the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities: skiing, biking, hiking, climbing ... everything is possible in the neighbourhood! It has room for up to 7 people (3 bedrooms). Only 33km to Sölden (ski bus), 5km to Area 47 and 45km to Innsbruck. The nearest ski lift is a few km away.
