We do not allow parties. The price quote is for two guests. Cost per extra guest is $30 per person per night. Fees for early/late, check-in/out are payable on arrival/departure. Great for a family vacation spot or for fishermen wanting easy access to the water. 2 boat ramps are accessible in the neighborhood with boat tie offs in back yard. Plenty of parking. No large parties. Small get togethers are fine. Swimming pool in back yard.
