Oorspronkelijk een oude pinkenschuur, is het nu omgetoverd tot een landelijk toevluchtsoord van 130m2 met een vleugje Franse flair. Stap buiten op ons ruime terras dat uitkijkt over onze fruitbomen, en geniet van het vredige uitzicht op onze boerderijdieren - schapen, varkens, geiten, kippen, kalkoenen en eenden - die vrijelijk tussen de bomen grazen.

Aan de rand van de bebouwde kom van Veenendaal hebben wij ons prachtige B&B appartement gerealiseerd. GRATIS parkeren op eigen terrein en u loopt zo de "eigen" tuin in naar de entree. Zeer smaakvol en luxe ingerichte woonkamer met open keuken; badkamer met ruime inloopdouche, wastafelmeubel en toilet; slaapkamer met 2-persoons boxspring, garderobekast; royale entree met spiegel en kapstok. Gastenverblijf Driegemeentenpad Molenbeek

Wakker worden tussen de fluitende vogels in een Natura 2000 gebied op de zuid-Veluwe? Gelegen aan een zeer geliefde fietsroute voor recreatie, wandelen, wielrennen of mountainbiken om binnen een paar honderd meter op de Ginkelse hei te staan. Vele dieren worden hier in de avond en nacht gespot: reeën, vossen, dassen, eekhoorns, buizerds, bosuilen, spechten en hazen. In de houtwal kunnen zelfs wezels worden gespot!

Barn Conversion

Volledig zelfstandige en vrijstaande woonruimte in het groen van het dorp en toch slechts op 15 minuten fietsen of 10 minuten met de bus van de stad Utrecht. De schuur uit de 19e eeuw is in 2023 volledig gerestaureerd naar het wooncomfort van vandaag met behoud van alle originele en authentieke kenmerken. De woning bestaat uit een aaneengesloten leefruimte met keuken en slaapvide, badkamer en aparte wc.
