Conveniently located near the main market, supermarkets, and the city's main square, this cozy apartment features two spacious bedrooms and a living room, perfect for couples or families. Marineta Suite is situated in the centre of Makarska, directly on the promenade. Completely refurbished in 2021 it's a elegant combination of retro and modern design. Overlooking the marina on one side and the Franciscan Monastery and Biokovo mountain on the other. Two bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms and individual climate control offer privacy and comfort for couple traveling together or families with children. The true gem in this apartment is the backyard with terrace and garden.

Makarska old town center

The apartment is located in the centre of Makarska old town, only 20m from the main square. It is part of an old house on the second floor (second and third). On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.

The apartment were completed 2022. Apartment is 100m² which includes a luxury bedroom with a 200x200cm boxspring bed and en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and extra toilete. The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also jacuzzi , sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building.
