This was a perfect stay for my boyfriend and I. The house was close to the main square, easy to get to the volcano and the lake, had a bunch of restaurants short drive away. It was gated and super safe. Quiet and private. The backyard was huge and nice to stargaze. The ac was cold, the bed was comfortable. It was a great stay for a great price!

Exell has been a wonderful host and the apartment has been the perfect place to stay with our dog for our first week in El Salvador. There are plenty of amenities nearby, and we have been enjoying the residential community. It is very safe and quiet, and we have had plenty of places to exercise our dog and ourselves. The wifi in the house is excellent (300 upload and 200 download), so we have been able to get a lot of work done during our stay. Exell has been the most gracious host. She is so responsive, friendly, helpful, and gracious. We will definitely be booking with Exell for any of our future visits to Santa Ana!

La casa muy linda, comoda, espaciosa en un lugar totalmente bonito y tranquilo, viajamos en familia y fue una experiencia muy confortable, y Ramsis y Glenda super pendientes de todo, 100% recomendables si volveriamos alojarnos con ellos. :)

La casa es hermosa, muy cómoda, limpia y decorada con buen gusto. Todo estaba en buenas condiciones y pudimos descansar y disfrutar al máximo. El muelle es excelente, amplio y con una linda vista al lago. La ubicación es tranquila y el ambiente muy agradable. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver. ¡Recomendadísimo!

Après avoir changé de maison pour l'autre location de notre hôte, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Quezaltepeque. Grande et agréable maison avec jardin, cuisine bien équipée, proche d'un centre ville vivant.

The host always responds very quickly and she was very respectful. She answered all my questions . About the place looks better than the pictures, I will recommend it and I will come back in the future. The place it is nice and very comfortable and the rooms are big enough and they have everything you can asked for. I could give more than 5 start I will do it .

La Finca es el lugar perfecto para desconectarse y descansar. Cuenta con diferentes espacios que lo hacen idóneo para tener diferentes actividades (Casa, Jardínes, Piscina y una salida privada al río que atraviesa por la casa). Incluso un área verde para acampar :). Es una excelente alternativa para desconectarse a tan solo 1 hora de San Salvador. Doña Matilde y su equipo son muy amables y está muy pendiente de la comunicación... La casa tiene las condiciones óptimas para disfrutar de forma cómoda. El diseño es concepto abierto, a base de maderas muy bien cuidadas y con entradas de luz natural perfectas. Todo está muy limpio y ordenado. Un lugar recomendado!

my family loved this location! we enjoyed the pool and all the outdoor space a lot. was a little confusing to find the first time around but after that was not bad at all! we also loved the new local restaurant that delivered food and drinks directly to the house that was a nice touch being that the house is a little remote! Overall 10/10 and def plan on staying here again!

Todo súper bien la verdad, la anfitriona es súper amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente de contestar dudas antes de reservar y ya en el lugar, siempre estuvo pendiente de si necesitábamos algo, teníamos dudas de algo o así.

Le logement est situé dans un quartier sécurisé et très paisible. Le logement est spacieux et l’AC dans la chambre était agréable par cette chaleur. Logement à 10 min du centre, pratique. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Santa Ana. Cependant, il fait très chaud dans le reste de la maison. Il faut aussi tenir compte que la couleur de la façade a changé et n’est plus celle de la couleur de la photo actuelle.

Jaime fue un anfitrión muy simpático y amable. La ubicación estaba perfecta y el lugar muy tranquilo y Jaime nos tomó en un tour fantástico de su barrio en el primer día. JUAN TOOK TIME TO PROVIDE ME ACOMODSTION EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FOR A LATE CHECK-IN WITH NOT SO MUCH NOTICE. THE HOME WAS READY ON A TIMELY MANNER SPOTLESS LIKE ALWAYS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUANS PLACE WHILE TRAVELING THE AREA. THIS IS MY SECOND STAY. AND THERE WILL BE MORE IN THE FUTURE DEFINITELY. THANK YOU.

Bonito lugar. Iluminacion adecuada. Climatizacion buena. Lugar limpio, ordenado, amplio. Buenas disponibilidad de utensilios (toallas, papel, sabanas, de cocina, agua). Sin problemas para ingresar en garita y en la casa.

Fue una estadía increíble para toda mi familia, la casa es súper limpia y acogedora. Manuel es un gran anfitrión y está pendiente de cualquier necesidad que se nos ofrezca!! Recomendadisimo lugar para quedarse siempre en Apaneca y lo mejor de todo es que está súper cerca de Ataco Graciaaaas!!

The instructions to find the access gate and to get into the unit were spot on. The security guard at the gate was very helpful in pointing out the building and unit. The space was clean and looked like the posted pictures.
