You will also have your own bathroom with a shower for exclusive use. You’ll be sharing the home with my family, including two teenagers, and our friendly cat. There are no other lodgers or guests.

PLEASE NOTE: The house boiler is located in the room, it’s generally off through the night but it can turn on late in the evenings when the house is busy, so if you’re a light sleeper this might not be the room for you :)
