Situated on the North Wales coast, at the foot of the Carneddau Mountains and with views across to the Isle of Anglesey, this beautifully renovated former Smithy, just off the A55, is the perfect location for exploring the treasures of North Wales. Relax in front of the woodburning stove after a days exploring, watch the sun set over Penrhyn Castle, take a walk down to the beach, or enjoy a drink at the The Slate Tavern and a walk home across the fields. Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Tyn Y Ffridd cottage is situated in the heart of Abergwyngregyn, home to the stunning Aber Falls waterfall which is in walking distance. The cottage is grade II listed and has been completely renovated. Inside consists of one double bedroom which sleeps 2, a cosy living/dining room, 1 bathroom with shower, W/C and sink, and a kitchen. Outside has private off-road parking and a raised patio from which you are able to take in the surrounding greenery, as well as the stunning views of Anglesey.
