It is located within the Great Orme Country Park with breath-taking views out over the Conwy estuary and the Snowdonia mountain ranges. Walk out of the garden gate to explore miles of trails with stunning scenery, or take a 15 min stroll down into the beautiful Victorian town of Llandudno.

On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

It is perfectly situated - only a short walk to the North Shore promenade and beach, shops, restaurants, bars and railway station. It's a 15 minute walk to Venue Cwmru. The tram and cable car to the top of the Great Orme are nearby, as is the beautiful West Shore- perfect for a peaceful walk along the Conwy estuary or a day on the beach.

This lovely flat is at the bottom of the Great Orme, opposite the Victorian tram station in Llandudno, between North and West Shore, close to the pier and all local amenities. It is on the first floor of a traditional property which houses 3 other flats. There is off road parking for one car and free wifi. This spacious first floor apartment is ideal for couples and has a large lounge/diner, full size separate kitchen, and bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The apartment is one of five flats in our family home, we occupy two and the remaining two are long term lets with a single tenant in each, and we are in general a quiet household.
