Idyllic, The Coach House, Ashford-in-the-Water

This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Please note - bathroom refurbishment completed March 2026. The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

Meadow View Heights-the Heart of the Peak District

Located on the edge of the beautiful Peak District village of Litton, Meadow View Heights is a recently refurbished one bedroom annexe, ideal for walkers & cyclists to explore the many paths straight from the door. The Red Lion serves great food & the local shop sells homemade and local goods are both 1/4mile away. The nearby village of Tideswell has more shops, pubs & cafes. Castleton, Chatsworth, Bakewell & Buxton are all within easy reach as well as stunning countryside walks & beauty spots.

West View Cottage - a perfect, cosy base

Tucked away in a peaceful location above the lovely village of Tideswell, West View Cottage is the perfect base to relax and explore the beautiful Peak District. Newly renovated, this self contained, cosy annexe is a light and welcoming space with its own entrance at the back of our family home. It has beautiful views across the valley but is within a short walk of excellent pubs, restaurants and cafe. Walking and cycling from the door or a short drive to all the Peak District attractions.

There are shops, cafes and restaurants all within easy walking distance and countryside walks on your doorstep. Tideswell is a great base for exploring the area with Bakewell, Buxton, Castleton, Chatsworth and Matlock a short drive away. The area offers a range of outdoor activities including cycling on the monsal trail, hiking, caving and abseiling at Miller's Dale.

Its one of the finest locations in the Peak district, with an abundance of walks and attractions right on your doorstep. This fabulous dwelling is great for couples wanting a romantic break or for two couples or friends who want to escape to the peaks for some fun and relaxation. Dogs welcome. Ample parking directly adjacent.

Cheerful, quirky, cosy renovated Old Smithy

This really is the Old Smithy! Dating back to the mid 19th-century, renovated in 2021. It's a charming, cheerful, building located in the centre of Tideswell. For those who love country walks, there are plenty, right on your doorstep. Bakewell, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, The Monsal Trail (to name a few) are but a short journey away. The village boasts many amenities - a Co-op, bakery, a butcher, Pharmacy, café, several pubs and a superb restaurant-all in walking distance.

Lawrence cottage is located in a brilliant position in the village of Tideswell, close to the many amenities the village has to offer. There is great walking and cycling straight from the front door. The cottage itself is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. Price includes bedding, towels etc. Travel cot and high chair available. Free wifi. Pets accepted. Our house is attached to the cottage, so we are generally on hand if you need us for anything.

Dilly Cottage - a cosy stay in Tideswell

Dilly Cottage is a cosy cottage set in the heart of the Peak District. More than 300 years old, Dilly’s is located in the pretty village of Tideswell and four pubs, a CO-OP, a butchers, a chemist, salon - all in close walking distance. There are two restaurants too. Dilly’s is within easy reach of a variety of attractions including Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Buxton and Castleton. ***We do accept up to two well-behaved medium-sized dogs.***

Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is attached to Bridge House, situated in the Peak District village of Bamford and benefits from a beautiful view of the River Derwent. The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.
