Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set within the main courtyard of the old farm, is The Cider Barn. The ground floor living area is open plan, with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Starlink Wi-Fi is included, as well as a smart television. The ground floor has two bedrooms; one en-suite with king bed and one with a double bed. There is also the family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Upstairs there's a large bedroom (with loo and sink) and a double and single bed.

Greatstone Barn, a detached, luxurious, spacious barn conversion in Rural Devon. Combining the best in style & comfort it has 4 ensuite bedrooms. The upstairs twin has the option of a pull out guest bed. A huge entrance hall leads to an impressive double height living room complete with wood burner, sofas for all, & TV/DVD player. A large well equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area makes this a great space for gatherings. Other properties on site are available for rent. Sorry no pets.

Set in the rolling hills of Devon, in the sleepy hamlet of Newbuildings, 2 miles from the village of Sandford with its village shop and two pubs, just 10 minutes from Crediton. A short drive to Dartmoor and 30 minutes to Exeter. Peaceful and quiet location. Lovely walks on your doorstep, with views to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Dark sky at night for those who like to watch the stars. Cosy cottage with wood burning fire, and plenty of charm, free parking.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Lower Chapeltown Cottage

This cottage is the perfect base for your countryside escape. On entering the property there is a kitchen dining area with patio doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the kitchen, there is the large living space with a pool table. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Upstairs there is a vaulted bedroom with super king bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub and fully fenced garden

'The Granary' in glorious Devon countryside

Spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation with expansive south facing views of the quiet Devon countryside. Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. The property has a double and twin bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower), kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge) and living room / dining area. Private garden with space to park two cars.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Spring Cottage-the perfect escape, romantic & cosy

Spring Cottage is a romantic bolthole designed to revive and refresh the soul! Cosy woodburner, fab bedroom with freestanding bath that opens onto a balcony, outside eating area overlooking the orchard. Listen to the birdsong, the babble of the River Dart, and the owls - as night falls. Can add childs’ bed or cot. Dogs only if caged trained, well behaved or happy to stay downstairs. Spring Cottage is across the Car Park from Buzzards's House.
