The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

‘Swaledale’ is one of two pods at Flakebridge Farm. Luxury Glamping Pod situated on a farm located on the border of the Lake District & Yorkshire Dales. Each Pod has their own private hot tub, fire pit/BBQ, outdoor patio with luxury Rattan furniture & own parking/entrance. Sleeps 4 (2 adults 2 children) or 3 adults. On the outskirts of Winton in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside in an AONB is our 2 bedroom/4 person total (including children) holiday cottage. This cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Be in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, breath in the fresh air and come home to your own modern yet country-feeling cottage. Hot tub and seating area is at the back, and private entrance is all included. Please note there are quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Hot tub can be used at anytime

WINDY HALL - Secluded luxury with stunning views

Windy Hall is somewhere very special. High in the Pennines it offers one of the most magnificent views in England. You may want to stay and enjoy the peace & quiet, but we are ideally placed for trips west to the Lake District, east to the magnificent cathedral city of Durham, and north to Hadrian's Wall. It's unusual in that you have to walk the last 240 metres to the house, though we will bring up your luggage in our 4WD. But don't let this put you off; please just read our reviews!

Like walking or cycling? Use our extensive knowledge of routes, use our boot wash, indoor bike store, bike wash & work station and drying room.

Extension to existing bungalow, consisting of sitting/dining area, kitchen, bedroom (superking bed or can be made into twin beds) and bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Wonderful views over countryside to Smardale viaduct on the Settle to Carlisle railway. Smardale nature reserve is 100 meters away, with opportunity to see red squirrels, deer and rare Scotch Argus butterflies. Dark sky designated area. No children on bookings without prior agreement.

Barn annexe La’L Skaithe

2 miles from Kirby Stephen, annexe to the main house with own entrance and use of garden in front of the property, outdoor seating. Own front door and a small porch area . We welcome dogs to stay. Bathroom with step into the large shower and non slip mat available , a living and kitchen area with a comfy sofa, table and chairs and a cooker and hob ( no cooker extractor) microwave and fridge. A door leads off the living and kitchen area to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.

Blue Heron Lodge is a beautifully renovated barn conversion set in spacious private grounds, ideal for families and friends. The Mill, Rutter Falls,

Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The deep pool below the falls is ideal for cold-water swimming. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or watching abundant birds and wildlife, for honeymoons, anniversaries or engagements!
