Lovely Neukölln Apartment

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

Liebevoll gestaltetes Apartment mit Boxspringbett, Küchenzeile, kleinem Duschbad mit Fenster und Infrarotheizung, privater Patio-Terrasse und eigenem Eingang in ruhiger Wohngegend. Die Bauweise entspricht einem kleinen Bungalow (28 qm). In der Umgebung gibt es kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze, vor dem Studio befinden sich 2 E-Ladestationen. Direkte Parklage, etwa 180 m zum Ufer. Das Studio wird nach jedem Besuch gründlich gereinigt, die Oberfächen desinfiziert. Check in/out per Schlüsselbox.

Wir bieten einen voll ausgestatteten Bungalow mit kleiner Terrasse bestehend aus 2 Zimmern, Küche, Flur und 2 Sanitärräumen. Zusätzlich zur Zentralheizung ist er noch mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, also auch im Winter wohlig warm. Gelegen am östlichen Stadtrand, in ruhiger und grüner Lage mit vorh. Parkplatz. Diverse Ausflugsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Gute Öffentl. Verkehrs-Anbindung an das Berliner Zentrum und Berliner Umland. Check-In: 14:00 Check-Out: 10:00

Vom Autobahndreieck Barnim sind wir in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Bus und S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, seid Ihr in 40 Minuten im Zentrum von Berlin. Mit dem Auto dauert es ca. 30 Minuten. Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
