This home is amazing, but the views are spectacular. Marzia was so helpful and friendly checking us in and giving us recommendations. Just to be aware, the 2nd floor bedroom has quite short ceilings and a tub with a hand held, but no overhead placement. Underground dedicated parking was very beneficial. The location gives you easy walkable access to Bellagio and San Giovanni. We enjoyed afternoon aperitif’s on the balcony daily. I highly recommend this house for a quieter and simpler Bellagio stay.

A very well located, clean modern apartment. Would highly recommend to families or groups. The ferry is right outside and the station is only minutes away. The hosts are also located close by - so you are in good hands.

Francesco had an amazing home that was beautifully located, clean, and close to local recommendations. Francesco was super proactive and very friendly. He made checking in easy even though our flight was delayed, and he made checking out not a problem as well. Our stay was lovely and we were able to explore the area to the full extent. Very happy

I had a wonderful stay! Marianna was an amazing host – communication was always super smooth and very flexible. Whenever something came up, we quickly found a solution. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to be close to all the action, but still enjoy peace and quiet. There are plenty of things to do and explore in the surrounding area. I can highly recommend this place!

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist herrlich. Die Bäder und die Küche sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Leider waren die Betten etwas unbequem. Gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed staying in Luccas place. It had a big balcony / terrace and all the facilities needed. The house was located in a beautiful scenery.

Ein echter Geheimtipp! Das Garden Apartment der Villa Lucini 1886 ist ein kleines Paradies – stilvoll eingerichtet, herrlich ruhig und mit einem Garten, in dem man sofort die Zeit vergisst. Perfekt zum Entspannen, aber auch ideal gelegen für Ausflüge: Der Comer See ist schnell erreichbar, und selbst Mailand liegt nur eine gute Stunde entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich – man spürt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe und Sinn fürs Detail gearbeitet wird. Ich hätte am liebsten noch ein paar Tage drangehängt. Definitiv ein Ort, zu dem man gerne zurückkehrt! 🌿

Don’t hesitate to book Kathi’s gorgeous apartment in Como. While everyone is squabbling for a view of the lake, you have one as soon as you wake up! We loved having breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony and the apartment was tastefully decorated and spotless. If you time it right, you can easily get around by bus/ferry as both stops are a few mins from the apartment. Kathi gave us a great recommendation for boat hire and she was so responsive on messages. 5+ stars!

Second stay at Maria’s, fantastic experience, Maria is delightful and helpful and I would highly recommend this apartment. Very close to the lake and everything Cernobbio has to offer. Quiet and private with a stylish comfortable decor. Perfect!

War alles super wie beschrieben und wirklich tolle Lage mit Blick zum See.

Wir haben uns als vierköpfige Familie (Kinder: 5 und 9 Jahre alt) sofort enorm wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht aus Schlafzimmer und Küche ist sensationell, die große Terrasse mit ausladendem Sonnenschirm wie gemacht für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück im Freien. Tolle Wanderwege beginnen direkt vor der Haustür, der Lago Maggiore ist in ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto problemlos erreichbar. Man hat also das Beste aus beiden Welten (Ruhe in den Bergen und pralles Leben am See). Mike ist ein absolut vorbildlicher Host. Er hat auf Nachfrage den Weg zu tollen Badestellen am Fluss erklärt und hatte auch auf sonst jede andere Frage eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Antwort. Wir überlegen, in der Zukunft noch einmal Urlaub in derselben Unterkunft zu machen.

Emilio and his daughter provided quick, clear, and truly sincere help, recommendations, advice, and help with our aging parents. They greeted us with great appreciation and warmth. We love Limonta, as it’s close to Bellagio without the business of tourists. The views from every window were breathtaking and each photo we took, a bit of a disappointment since we couldn’t really capture the beauty. It is best to have a car if you rent here. Parking is free. All of the amenities were as listed. Wonderful having 2 cucini, 2 lavatrici for 5 people. Exceptionally clean, spacious, very pretty, and windows with screens. Angelica immediately sent us ferry schedules for trips to Varenna, dining recommendations, and pamphlets were available for many other wonderful activities. We will definitely return. La Cassetta Nel Bosco was a stunning Airbnb. So many thoughtful amenities and beautiful views, as well as lots of help and local recommendations from Giulia. Definitely would recommend this place to stay… we had a great visit!

Итальянские каникулы получились прекрасными! Нам очень понравилось проживание у Angelo! Позитивный, отзывчивый, дружелюбный! В апартаментах очень чисто, ощущение как у друзей дома - очень уютно! Хорошо регулируется температура, в холодные дни можно ставить потеплее. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовление еды! Супермаркет недалеко. Обязательно посоветуем всем нашим друзьям именно эти апартаменты!

Marta was an exceptionally friendly and responsive host—nothing was ever too much trouble. She communicated promptly and was always available with a quick reply whenever we needed anything. Marta kindly allowed us to check in early and stay a bit later on our departure day, which was a huge help as it gave us a comfortable place to relax before catching our train. The apartment itself was lovely—beautifully maintained and located just slightly outside the busy centre of Como, which we really appreciated, especially during the bustling Easter period. The peaceful location made for a scenic and relaxing walk along the lake's edge into the heart of Como. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the thoughtful information Marta provided—full of helpful tips on where to eat, drink, and explore—made our visit even better. This place is amazing! Starting from the mini bar which contains everything you need at a low price, the kitchen includes all tools needed in case you want to cook something, the breakfast included was absolutely amazing. We had coffee, milk, juice, wine, biscuits, crossants, nutella, jelly, etc. Also the appartment was very elegant and included everything you can think of. The most important part of this is that they have like a personal shuttle bus that takes you right in front of the appartment from the airport and back at what hour you request. The next time I visit Malpensa, I will choose this apartment over a cheaper one because of all the services.

Logement impeccable, conforme à la description, garage pour les motos impeccable, emplacement parfait pour aller vers Milan ou le lac de Côme , une heure en train , la gare est à 10 minutes de vélo, les vélos bien sûr disponibles avec le logement. Je remercie vraiment pour ce moment passé nous repartons avec plein de beaux souvenirs souvenirs dans la tête pour finir merci pour cette belle attention.

He explained everything well. + private swimming pool + beautiful environment + parking space( in and outside + balcony with view on the lake + washing machine + easy check in and out + cosy appartement + private residence, lots of green - plugs have 3 pins, mine didnt fit

This apartment is true to the listing photos. Fantastic view and location. A short walk down to the lake and local restaurants. 15min walk to city center. Uphill coming back but that is the price you pay for the view! Apartment is large and provides good spaces for people to sit both on the balcony and inside living areas. The street below is very busy but quiet at night. We had a car and paid extra for the garage which I would not do again since it is difficult to get the car in and out with the traffic. Overall a great stay in a perfect location in Como.
