Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

This quaint cozy cabin offers a retreat from life's hustle and bustle with breathtaking views and a serene environment. The Black River Cozy Cabin is perfect for family vacations or a romantic get-away. With a secluded lake out the back door and two fire pits for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs, there are plenty of outdoor activities without even leaving the property. Of course, there is always more to explore in the area as well; including the Black River, which is just a short hike away.

Plenty of on site parking and near by thousands of acres of public land. Whether you’re looking to float the river, recreate on public land, explore the caves and springs of Missouri, or just enjoy some peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The home is adjacent to Highway 106 on the west side of Eminence.

Deep in the Ozarks Eminence is world famous for it's natural beauty and recreational activities. We offer a very cozy cabin with full kitchen, washer/dryer, screened in porch, stone fire place in private country setting. We are 3 miles down a gravel road which gives us lots of privacy and very little traffic. There is very little cell service but we have WiFi. We are located just 10 miles outside of Eminence, and the cabin sets atop a valley over looking our pastures.

Cozy new built cabin on a bend of the beautiful Black River. You’ll walk up the 14 stairs to a large screened in covered deck with hot tub and sitting area, and gas grill. The glass doors and windows allow you views of the river. The theme throughout is Indian-Aztec. Accommodates only two adults. If you’re looking for a peaceful/romantic get away this is the perfect place. Located approximately 2 hours south of St. Louis, and less than 15 minutes from Poplar Bluff, MO.

For Old Times Sake Log Cabin on the Meramec

Our authentic log cabin was built in the early 1930's and has been newly restored. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, antique dresser, and a fireplace. The bunkroom has one full bed, one twin bed, and a set of bunk beds. The back porch dining hall seats 12 people and has plenty of room for games and activities (we have several to choose from). There is a TV, cable, and VCR/DVD player (we have some movies too), but no internet...PERFECT! The kitchen is stocked too!

This Cabin is located 15 minutes out of town on a 300 acre cattle farm. If your looking to get away from everyday life and come to the country to relax you have found the perfect place. We are located 6 miles from two river resorts where you can swim or float the river. The amazing Mark Twain Forest is all around us if you enjoy hiking. Build a fire and enjoy your evening on the patio while escaping from your everyday life and enjoy a quiet peaceful retreat.
