Large, sunny, charming one-bedroom flat (538ft2). Fully equipped kitchen. Nice terrace. Ideal location for exploring Marseilles and around : 10 min walk from central station and 15-20 min from the Vx Port. Close to tram and metro stations. Lively neighbourhood with nice cafés, restaurants and a wonderful boulangerie. The price is low because : - no lift (3rd floor) - toilets on the balcony. - my affectionate yet independent cat will be staying with you. She requires only that you feed her.

Possibilité de se garer juste devant la maison pour charger votre véhicule, et à quelques mètres de là pour un stationnement longue durée (gratuit). Pendant les vacances scolaires, les réservations à la semaine sont prioritaires.

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)
