L'ancienne taillerie de diamants de mon père combine look industriel soigné et bon confort. Il y fait frais en été et bien chaud en hiver. Parfait pour un séjour indépendant à Biel/Bienne, bien située entre lac et Jura, à 25 minutes de Berne, Neuchâtel et Soleure et 1h de Lausanne, Zurich et Bâle. Quartier tranquille à 10 min à pied de la gare et des rues commerçantes. Bus à deux pas et parking zone bleue devant la maison. Pour 3/4 personnes. Lit + canapé-lit + lit d'appoint sur demande.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille situé dans une clairière entourée de forêt. Presque aucun bruit de la civilisation, proche d'un ruisseau et d'une cascade, La Salamandre est un havre de paix. Profitez des 3 terrasses, d'un logement frais même en plein été et d'une nature foisonnante. La Salamandre s'apparente à un logement troglodyte avec sa cuisine au rez de chaussée taillée à même la pierre. La construction de pierre donne un charme tout particulier.

Swiss Jura mountains, altitude of 1111 m. Hiking, skiing, snowshoes, horse riding, are activities near the chalet (skis to rent at the ski ressort near the chalet). Biel, Bienne in french is 20 min drive from the chalet. Jura, Bern, Neuchâtel are 1 hour by car from the chalet. Wifi, sauna are free, easy to use. Prices includes "tourist tax 4.-" day/person. Free parking. (chalet is 30 m. walking distance from parking). Because of animals, please drive slowely in evening..

Die Landschaft des Jura wirkt geheim und mystisch - die Luft ist sauber und klar. Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt erwartet euch. Genießt die klaren Tage, die Stille des Waldes, die Tiefe des Sternenhimmels und erfreut euch am satten Dunkel des Firmament. Erlebt die Stille des aufgehenden Morgens, die Einsamkeit und Ruhe in und mit der Natur. Sammelt Kraft während ruhiger und romantischer Tage. Dich/Euch erwartet eine funktionelle 3-Zi-Wohnung mit Bad und kleiner Küche. Gartenmitbenützung, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus (7 Min. zum Bahnhof/Stadtzentrum). Alleine, zu zweit, mit Freunden oder Familie, im lauschigen Garten entspannend die wunderschöne Sicht geniessen, dem Rebenweg entlang wandern, im See baden und die Bieler Altstadt erkunden... und den Charme des alten Hauses auf sich einwirken lassen. Die Hauptwohnung wird von einer der Gastgeberinnen bewohnt.

The Tiny - revisited and enlarged - has been designed and imagined to allow everyone to live the Tiny experience, with the added comfort and space. The Tiny is built of wood by local artisans. It is tempered by a floor heating system and connected to the remote heating system. It has a real bathroom with a shower cabin, an equipped kitchenette and a comfortable mattress. The jacuzzi is available as an option for $20 per person per stay (use at will).

Gut eingerichtete Küche, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Schlafzimmer "à l'étage" mit Doppelbett (Achtung: steile Treppe!), zwei Einzelbetten im Wohnzimmer (zusammengestellt oder einzel, je nach Wunsch), auf Anfrage auch für 5 Personen (Sofabett oder Matratze auf dem Boden). Zentralheizung, Schwedenofen "pour le plaisir" Postautohaltestelle nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Welcome to your home away from home! Our house is located in the Jura foothills just above the village of Pieterlen (Canton Bern). It's close to the bilingual (German and French) city of Biel/Bienne. We are also bilingual (German and English) and can understand/make ourselves understood in French.
