Grange en pierres rénovée en 2 gîtes mitoyens séparés par un grand espace jardin d'intérieur. C'est un gîte cosy que je vous propose, idéal pour se reposer dans la campagne à la ferme. Paisible terrasse couverte avec jacuzzi privé à chaque gîte (non autorisés aux jeunes enfants) Idéal pour 4 personnes ou couple Vue agréable, localisation très calme. De nombreuses activités possibles : canoë, balades en Gabares sur la Dordogne, châteaux, villages, grottes, musées, restaurants, brocantes...etc

You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

Petite maison de 20 m2 , en pleine campagne. Restaurée avec soin, elle comprend un séjour équipé d'un canapé lit 2 places, d'une kitchenette et d'une salle de bain chaleureuse type chalet. Elle dispose d'un poêle à bois. Elle profite d'un espace ombragé équipé d'un barbecue et d'un salon de jardin et d'un espace qui s'ouvre sur un large paysage de campagne. Un ruisseau longeant la praire, des chemins de randonnées et le village médiéval à proximité invitent à la balade .

The house sits on the edge of beautifully landscaped gardens with private pool, summer kitchen and pétanque pitch all leading down to the private lake, setting the backdrop for an amazing holiday home. The village of Cazals, a 500m stroll away, boasts a super market every Sunday , 12 months of the year, as well as an award winning boulangerie, farm shop, restaurants., etc..

Petite maison en pierre indépendante dans le Lot

Petite maison en pierre, indépendante, située au coeur du bourg de Pomarède. Pomarède est situé à 10 min en voiture de Prayssac (et de tous ses commerces de proximité), à 5 min de Frayssinet-le-Gélat (boulangerie, superette, plan d'eau) et à 35 min en voiture de Cahors. De belles balades à pied ou en vélo sont à faire aux alentours. L'été, de part son orientation et sa pierre, la maison vous permettra d' être au frais.

A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.

Heerlijk relaxen in een ligstoel op een privé strandje aan de rivier. Er ligt een 1 of 2 persoons moderne onzinkbare sit on top kayak waarmee je de prachtige rivier af kunt peddelen.
