Apartments Villa Serventi - Luxury Duplex App

Duplex apartment is most beautiful apartment in Villa. It is situated on First floor of Villa Serventi. Apartment is made in two levels. On first level is bathroom with shower, bath, sink, WC, Kitchen (with following appliances: built-in cooker top, built-in oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), dinning area and living area. The living room includes a 3-seater sofa which could be converted into a bed, modern dining table and 4 chairs, Satellite TV available, multisplit air- conditioning suitable for all seasons, Internet Access (Wi-Fi). Apartment is Duplex kind of apartment with beautiful sea view from both floors. Terrace with garden table is surrounded with nice Mediterranean plants and located in front courtyard. It's made in combination of traditional maritime style of building with exposed stone walls and retro style of furnishing. Couples with smaller children and group of friends could be accommodated in this apartment. Villa Serventi which part is Duplex apartment is located on the Bay of Boka in a small traditional fisherman settlement called Lepetane which is near the Lepetane - Kamenari ferry, and close to the Islands 'Lady of Rock' and 'St George'. The villa is only 5km from the International Airport at Tivat. Vila Serventi is a 1 minute walk from the sea. Around the Villa is nice courtyard with Mediterranean plants, green areas, barbecue etc. Bay of Boka is described as being one of nicest places in Europe, with a lot of traditional places, churces from baroque and renaissaince periods, maritime museums, palaces etc. Kotor Old Town with lot of traditional churces and places (Catedrale St. Tripun, Churce of St. Giovani, Churce of St. Luka etc.) is just 12km far away from Villa. Closest city Tivat with beautiful Marina Porto Montenegro is just 7km far away from Villa. Near our property are Islands Lady Of Rock and St. George that we could offer to visit by boat - 2h excursion. Nearest bank is 5 km, supermarket 100m, restaurant 100m. Near our property are located tennis and football grounds.

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. 15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped. Sea front nest

Sea front studio is ideal as the comfortable place for sleep over and breakfast at own terms for up to 3 people. This well used 22 m2 is ideal for a couple with a child or three young friends whose mind is set on exploring Montenegro. This fully functionally studio just arrived on the market in June 2022 after full renovation. Proximity of the small grocery store, ferry, two bus stops and three pebble beaches makes it a great sleepover place.

This top floor apartment is a two-bedroom apartment (65m2) with a terrace of 12m2 and a stunning view of the bay, which can accommodate 4 people. What makes the apartment special, in addition to the luxury interior, eco-friendly bedlinen and great location, is the high ceiling of 4,5 meters, stained glass windows, wine fridge and a stunning view of the bay. The kitchen, the beds and the wardrobes are made by a local craftsman.

Đorđe and Lady of the rocks.
