Luxury Sea View apartment with balcony is most beautiful apartment at Villa Serventi. This apartment have the nicest balcony at Villa of more than 20 m2 where our guests could enjoy relaxing evenings with glass of good wine! The living room includes unique wooden shank table with 3 high chairs, sofa for relaxing and Satellite TV available. Apartment is Duplex kind of apartment with beautiful sea view from both floors that are connected with unique hand made wooden stairs. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooking top and owen, coffe maker, toaster and kettle, bathroom is with shower bath and WM. Bedroom of this apartment is situated at the attic floor of Villa and it's furnished with one double and one single bed. This apartment is most suitable to accommodate 3 persons but most of the time couples book this apartment. The property is only 1 minute from the sea (first line of the sea). The beach is a small stone beach. Longer beaches are 5 to 20 mins by car. Villa Serventi is located on the Bay of Boka in a small traditional fisherman settlement called Lepetane which is near the Lepetane - Kamenare ferry, and close to the Islands 'Lady of Rock' and 'St George'. The villa is only 5km from the International Airport at Tivat. Vila Serventi is a 1 minute walk from the sea. Around the Villa is nice courtyard with Mediterranean plants, green areas, barbecue etc. For use of our guests only we owe small domestic restaurant "Konoba Servneti" that served only sea food meals prepared at traditional maritime style of cooking. The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.
