What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

Woodsome lodge was the perfect home from home for our girly hen do weekend! Very peaceful, had everything we needed and easily accessible to Leeds city centre! Sara was extremely responsive, and very pro active! Sara helped advise us a wonderful private chef, Emanuelle, who designed us a menu around our hen’s favourite dishes, and then cooked us a fantastic 3 course meal with absolutely no washing up to do!! Would highly recommend!

Thanks to Luke and Charlotte for a fantastic stay at the Urban Boutique in Harrogate. We celebrated a hen a do and the apartment had everything we needed. It was super clean and comfortable and the apartment was lovely. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and everything was just as they said. I would highly recommend this apartment to others. Great house, lots of space, a bathroom for each room was a massive perk for us! 20-25 minute walk into the centre, but some cafes less than 10 min walk away! Great stay, Naz was lovely and helpful. Thank you!

A lovely stay with friends. The house is located in a lovely setting and was very nicely presented. Plenty of space for everyone with a flexible room set up. The weather was lovely which added to the overall charm.

This property is simply stunning and set in a beautiful location. Everything was perfect. This was such an amazing venue to host my bridal party before the wedding and an amazing location to wake up in following our wedding day. I also arrived to a beautiful card, a bottle of prosecco and a cake, which was such a lovely gesture. Thank you again. We had the best two days!

We loved our getaway at Mandy's. Really lovely space and the hot tub was a massive bonus. Mandy was very responsive and when we requested some extra wine glasses they appeared (brand new) within the hour. The only negative was there are no pubs within walking distance, though you can easily hop on the train to knaresborough or Harrogate if you need to. I will say the space is more overlooked than the pictures make it look as it is right on the hosts property, not a deal breaker for me but worth noting!

We spent a weekend at this incredible converted water tower and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is something special. The property itself is stunning — beautifully decorated with a perfect balance of character and modern comfort. There’s so much space to relax, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were fantastic, and the entire space felt welcoming and luxurious. Angela was the perfect host — warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. It was the ideal setting for a weekend getaway with friends, and we all left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Absolutely fantastic — highly recommended!

Perfect place to spend bank holiday weekend and meet with all the family. Plenty of space for children to run around and a brilliant open plan area. thank you for a fantastic stay particularly as it was a last minute booking.

Outstanding once again, we stayed here again nearly exactly a year later and it did not disappoint again! Ewa is a fantastic host, the place is spotless and fully equipped with all you need. The sweets and Prosecco left by Ewa was an added treat :) will be returning for a third time I’m sure!

Just back from a lovely weekend at Hilltop snug. Location was perfect for walking into Pateley and the 2 parking spaces were a definite bonus. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We stayed with 3 children and a travel cot, high chair, stair gates, children’s crockery were all included with was very helpful.

We stayed at Alexander House as part of my father's 80th birthday celebrations. There were 9 of us in total with ages ranging from 10 through to nearly 80! There was enough room for everyone to have some private space so you didn't feel you were on top of one another and the 5 bathrooms made mornings so much easier. The games room was brilliant and the added bonus of the pool table converting into a table tennis table pleased my 10 year old daughter. The hamper received on arrival was a lovely touch and the basic things in the kitchen like salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee capsules and olive oil were brilliant. As were the 2 toilet rolls per bathroom - it's always frustrating how some rental properties leave the bear minimum so you need to rush out and do a shop for essentials. We actually ordered an Ocado delivery which worked really well and was so easy. On a map the house looks to be a bit of a distance from the City Centre but in reality it's very close. Highly recommend.

Overall, my family liked staying here. The location is great, and I think it's a good value for the size and area. It was fairly clean as far as airbnbs go, but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we got there and the outdoor bins were full which meant that we had to take some of the rubbish with us when we left. Also, it is important to know that some of the amenities listed were not actually available to us. There was no dedicated workspace, grates of the barbecue were rusted through and therefore unusable, and we were asked to not use the tumble dryer and use the drying rack instead. However, once I messaged the owner because our clothes were not drying on the drying rack, she did say we could use the tumble dryer.

Absolutely stunning house in a beautiful setting. We felt right at home thanks to how comfortable the space was and how helpful and generous Debbie and Hugh were. The highlight is the incredible garden! So much to do in surrounding area and village has everything you need - well stocked shop, friendly pub and coffee spot . We hope to be back soon

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Angela's Mallard Cottage is spectacular! A four-storey beautiful, welcoming house that provided everything we needed for a special birthday celebration. We had ample space with the choice of comfortable bedrooms, the relaxing living room, a well-stocked kitchen space, and ambient garden with hot tub and bird song overlooking the trees and sunny skies. We couldn't have wanted for more! We loved the duck themed decor and the little touches everywhere to welcome us - the generous basket of food and drinks, a birthday card and chocolates, dressing gowns and slippers. What made it extra sweet was the fact we had our previously booked property cancelled at short notice that morning and so Angela and her team pulled out all of the stops to get the cottage prepared for us in a few hours. It saved the day and meant we'll always have beautiful memories of the weekend spent with old friends, in the cottage and the surrounding hillside walks.

The college condition and feel is a real credit to the hard work Angela and staff put in. It feels like you’re at home from the moment you walk through the door and the views a just breathtaking. The bath towels feel amazing and the cottage is very well stocked with everything you need in the way of equipment and also of a very good quality. We were lucky enough to have some very fine weather and completed some great local walks and running routes. There wasn’t one thing that I could fault with this whole experience and can’t wait to book again.

Four generations of our family enjoyed a memorable weekend at Harlequin Cottage. Finding somewhere to suit toddlers, the elderly and a dog wasn't easy but this felt like home from home. Angela fielded an array of questions from my family with patience and provided a lovely welcome hamper. We loved the flock of wooden ducks, the toiletries and views.

We had the best time at Teal cottage with 6 friends. The walk into holmfirth is only ten minutes, and there’s loads of coffee shops, a few nice restaurants and pubs, as well as charity shops, walks and runs nearby. We spent a day at the yorkshire sculpture park which was fun too. But mostly we just enjoyed spending time in the house! Cooking facilities, hot tub, TV and games were perfect and we had a fab, very relaxing post exams celebration. If anything it was better than the photos! Like people say in other reviews, the deposit was initially off putting but when Angela explained I felt comfortable with it. The drive is steep but work on your clutch control and you’ll be fine!! Overall absolutely spot on for 6 people for a few days away, with room for extras if we come back in future! Thank you

stunning location. Very charming house which was impeccibly clean. Lovely, huge welcome hamper for the 15 of us. Some very cute extras including welcome letter and ducks! Lots of cooking utensils and crockery. Angela was responsive to all of my extensive worries and questions. we should have asked about altering the heating as we were lucky enough to have gorgeous weather at the end of winter!! Wow to the view and clean sunken hot tub. my mum loved her 80th. Only criticism was the tired sofas which are oddly placed. But that was no problem.
