Fantastic hotel in a perfect location, right in the heart of York. The staff were amazing, very welcoming & friendly.

A repeat stay for us. This is an ideal little home from home for a single person or couple wanting to spend a few days in Harrogate.

I had a wonderful stay despite the weather. I arrived early and they did everything possible to get me checked with availablity. Jasmine was quite accommodating and offered breakfast. The meals were delicious as I explored with the locals. Thank you.

If you’re looking for a quiet place with a friendly atmosphere that’s filled with a lot of natural lighting plus energy, this is certainly the location to visit. It being my first time visiting i must say the customer service was splendid, much appreciated been hosted here I advice you too to check it out.

A lovely quiet spot right by the river & easy walk into York & its main sights. Parking was an extra £15 a night - we were told after we’d booked that it may be limited but we had no issues & happy to pay. The accommodation was great; & so peaceful; very close to Rowntree Park. We liked the small kitchen area, enabling us to do our own breakfast, although the free coffee & croissant down in reception was also very welcome. Do check out Bishopthorpe Road for its eclectic shops, pubs etc where all the locals go. Highly recommend Family run Italian Trinacria with its own Gelato. Felt Roomzz was good value & if in York again, would definitely go back.
