This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

You will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and local shops within walking distance, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Thanks to nearby public transport, you can reach Lausanne city center, Ouchy, IMD, CHUV hospital and universities quickly.

Le CHUV est facilement accessible par les métros M1 et M2. Entrée indépendante, salon avec cuisine équipée et coin à manger. Chambre à coucher avec salle de bain attenante. Terrasse couverte plein sud avec 2 fauteuils.

À 3 min à pied de la place de la Riponne et son métro, du quartier du Flon. 20 min à pied depuis la gare. Arrêts de bus multiples autour de l’appartement. Parking couvert le Valentin à 1 min à pied.

The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.
