Stabl Y Felin - a unique, eco stable conversion

Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. A peaceful, rustic, village getaway in the hills, 4 miles from the coast.

The old workshop

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The old workshop is perfectly located for exploring the cardigan bay coastline, or the Cambrian mountains (Newquay beach is 13 miles away, and Lampeter town 6 miles away). There is also a mill pond and 180 acres of private land to access freely from your doorstep. There are no main roads in sight and the peacefulness and lack of noise is bliss. There is a decking area to the rear with electric awning. Property has 1 king size bed and 1 bed settee.

The Pig Shed, Firepit, Highland Cows & Telescope

Unique Welsh rural escape, the Old Pig Shed provides a private haven of comfort & peace. A cosy Cabin, with stunning views & dark, star filled skies. Totally relax and enjoy the views. With a Telescope to look out across the Welsh Hills & Stargaze, enjoy the Fire-Pit & watch the sun go down. Bikers are welcome. An up-close HIGHLAND COW EXPERIENCE is available for guests only, to book on arrival. Close to forest tracks and the beaches of Aberaeron & New Quay for dolphin spotting & watersports.

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.
