Composto da un grande soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo, 2 camere doppie, una spaziosa cucina (con lavastoviglie) e un bagno (con lavatrice, doccia e vasca), il tutto circondato da un giardino di 1.500 mq e area bbq. Zona notte dotata di aria condizionata e zanzariere. Parcheggio interno privato per le auto e garage per moto/ biciclette. Bici a disposizione degli ospiti. Culla e seggiolone; pet benvenuti.

La residenza Il bosso del lago d'Orta si compone di due alloggi, per una dotazione massima di 9 posti letto. Un appartamento è dotato di cucina/pranzo/soggiorno/bagno al piano terra, a piano primo camera da letto matrimoniale con anche un divano letto, e camera con due letti singoli. Al piano superiore, con accesso autonomo si trova la Mansarda, con cucina, letto matrimoniale oltre a divano letto a due piazze o in alternativa letto a castello al piano inferiore nell'anticamera vicina al bagno.

La dolce vita. Pasta, Vino und eigener Strand. Eigener Strand mit Hängematte zwischen Palmen. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen herrlichen Blick über den See und den benachbarten Park. Ein wunderbares Haus mit einer super Bar in "paddelreichweite" od. auch in 5min zu Fuß. Man kann sich auch von der Bar Essen a la carte in den eigenen Garten liefern lassen. Wir sind selber gerne super gerne hier, aber es ist uns leider nicht vergönnt, den ganzen Sommer hier zu verbringen. (Boote gg. kl.Gebühr.
