This adults-only, semi-private tiny home compound is surrounded by an 8' decorative privacy fence on 3 sides, and the river on the 4th. Enjoy the river views, relax by the fire, soak in the hot tub, and stroll to downtown Waynesville for shopping, craft breweries, and fine dining. Secluded Cottage on the Farm-close to Parkway

Retreat to the mountains in this secluded white cottage on the farm. At our little white house, you’ll be able to gaze at the twinkling constellations while enjoying the fire pit, sit on the back porch and admire the Blue Ridge Parkway in the distance while listening to the creek, and live side by side with our farm’s prize-winning Brown Swiss cattle. *Please note the fireplace is not operational.
