Cute, comfortable 1935 detached home which is 900 SQUARE FEET AND PET FRIENDLY. Per pet fees are negotiable because we love them just message me: The other side of the property has our main home. The cottage is newly remodeled and fenced in. Views of Lake Umatilla from all rooms. 8 miles to beautiful Mount Dora and 3 miles to downtown Eustis. 1 hour to attractions, airport and east coast beaches. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Our Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access

Features fully outfitted kitchen, deck with gas grill and outdoor firepit. Comfortable and elegant living space with 65 inch smart TV. Primary bedroom features King bed and smart tv. Second bedroom has two cozy twin beds. Bikes available for use. Whether you’re coming to relax, boat, shop or partake in one of Mount Dora's many festivities, consider staying here!

Comfy, clean and cute! Only 5 min drive to downtown. The house is one story and located in a quaint neighborhood. Inside as you entered there is a spacious living room with a L shaped couch overlooking the beautiful modern electric fireplace and large TV. Great layout with Master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets.

Hubbel House is located 2 blocks away from Donnelly Park, 6 blocks to sunset at Lakeside Inn. Eat at any of Mount Dora's wonderful restaurants or stay in and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy cocktail hour in your own rocking chair on the spacious porch. This two bedroom two bath bungalow is located on private lot with free on-site parking. Families welcome. This very private cottage is located on Lake Saunders and is perfect for a fishing get away or just spending some quiet time on the water. In just three steps off of the patio, you are down on the walkway out to the dock. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. Close to Mount Dora shopping and dining, this little gem offers a quiet, nature filled experience. Pets are welcome as long as they are on leash outside.
