If you’re looking for quietness, serenity and relaxation, this is the place. 1.5 hour drive from central Austin. Walk right into the water from the back yard - bring your kayaks! Sit on the porch and watch the wildlife - bring your camera. Neighborhood is great for walking or cycling. Since 1972, family memories have been made here.

The Hammock House (HH) is a quiet space to just get away, relax, focus and realign. Designed for two away from the busyness of life. It's also a great central location for Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern, Pedernales State Park and historic Fredericksburg. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.

Quiet lakefront home on Colorado arm of Lake LBJ. The property has 100 feet of lake frontage with another 100 feet on the adjacent community park. Best fishing on the lake. Canoe (1) and kayaks (three touring/fishing and one whitewater) included in rental.
