Created to be the perfect home base: Unwind from adventure on the quiet, sun-soaked patio, sleep soundly on a luxe memory foam king bed, enjoy a morning coffee in a fully stocked kitchen, step out of a steamy shower to a big fluffy towel, and rest assured that no thoughtful detail's been overlooked. Our private tiny home is in a beautiful setting and fully equipped for a getaway, yet close to Knoxville. It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

The space is on the bottom level of my home with your own private entrance you have your own private deck with hot tub and a pit boss bbq grill .This 2 bedroom 1 bath has a fully stocked kitchenette rice cooker slow cooker hot plate ninja foodi air fryer and a electric griddle 2 fireplaces beautiful bar and a dart board.We are located 20 minutes from Norris lake, 20 minutes from Knoxville and about 30 minutes from Windrock HOV park.

Nestled on a hill overlooking our family Farm and 30 head of cattle the views and county scenery wont disappoint and with a full fenced in yard the whole family including pets and children can play more safely. The Funky Farmhouse originally built in the 1960s by my Great Grandfather has gotten a complete renovation including city water and a brand new kitchen with lots of appliances. Located minutes from Marinas and trailheads = more time for fun!

1.6 miles to Downtown 2.2 miles to UT Campus 11 miles to TYS Airport Hang out in the Hot Tub, Make s'mores by the fire, then curl up on the memory foam mattress and watch a movie. This funky studio is just minutes from downtown, UT, Neyland and Thompson-Boling. It has a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a beverage fridge, microwave and hotplate. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.
