Mountain View Cottage.

This is a very cute cottage style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. You are very close to marinas and public access boat docks, within 5 minutes, as well as ATV trails. You can drive your ATV's directly to the trail accesses without taking the trailer. Minutes to Tackett Creek as well as other access points. We are within 5 miles of a brand new public boat launch with extensive parking as well as close to Powell Valley Resort 5 miles, Springs Dock 6.3 miles and Sugar Hollow 11 miles.

Year-round lakefront home on Dodson Creek with a covered boat dock and gentle slope to the lake. Spacious deck and large windows overlook the cove with panoramic views of Norris Lake's emerald green waters. Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. The Black Pearl on Norris Lake

Beautiful home located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake in the Dodson Creek Cove! This property has a great floor plan, outdoor living and the perfect location on Norris Lake. We are neighbors with Beach Island Marina & Bubba Brews! The home comes with a private dock & 1 boat is allowed. There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with several steps. No more than 5 cars allowed due to limited parking and the steep driveway.

A beautiful 9 Bed/9 Bath 4500 sq ft lakefront home sitting on Norris lake near the cedar creek road jumping bridge in the popular Lakeside Estates. 3 Levels of fun with 3 full decks, bar area, ping pong, hot tub, fire pit, 2 ice makers and plenty of private parking.
