Recién reformado, amplio, luminoso y sin ruidos. A un paso de todo: 5’ de la Estación de Joaquín Sorolla (AVE), 15’ del centro, y 6’ del metro de Jesús. Cuenta con un pequeño balcón en el que difrutar del sol, aire acondicionado frío/calor y buena conexión WIFI para que disfrutes de tu estancia sea de ocio o trabajo. Es un tercer piso sin ascensor, ideal para mantenerse en forma durante las vacaciones :) y está totalmente equipado: secador, cafetera, horno, plancha, toallas… Llegada 24h.

Apartment well located, in a very good location. Close to the Joaquín Sorolla subway station and next to the Ave station and 10 minutes from the North station. Located next to the longest street that runs through Valencia. My house is very close to the historic center and the old case. Also available line 27 that leads to the historic center. Apartment with electricity, all day. Private parking front apartment, very large closed. Additional price per night of 10 euros.
